Scrumptious Preserves are evolving new flavours and improving our existing ones, all the time.  That's the beauty of making everything by hand and tasting as we go.  Let us know what you think. 
 
Some ideas are here:
 

Chilli Jam works well as a glaze on a Chicken Breast or chop, as a dip for Nacho's, or as a burger topping, with pate and crusty bread, on a pork pie.

 

Punchy Peach swirled through humus, as a dip, with Sausages, in a stir-fry, with cheese on toast.

 

Tingly Tomato in a bacon butte, mixed with low fat cheese as a dip, as the base for a goats cheese bruchetta, as a marinade for lamb, stirred into a beef casserole.

 

Scrumpy-licious staple for the kids lunch box sarnies, and as a dip with cucumber and tomato, glaze for a pork chop, with a roast instead of apple sauce. Makes wonderful gravy for sausage and mash.

 

Onion Marmalade is great as a topping on baked camembert, with a hot dog, spread on some flat bread as a topping or with Welsh rarebit.

 

Tomato and Onion Relish is great with a bbq, use as a marinade on olives, as a dip with bread or crisps or crudités.
